This project involved the development of a 2-acre beachfront site for a new 11-story luxury condominium tower. Our team completed critical sitework and utility infrastructure necessary to support the high-rise development. Work included installation of deep storm drainage systems, underground retention, underground utilities, and well point dewatering throughout the site. Significant earthwork operations were also performed to prepare the property for vertical construction and final site improvements.

The Palma Sola Free-Standing Emergency Department (FSED) required a complete site transformation. We transformed an existing parking lot into a fully developed emergency medical facility, completing everything from demolition and underground utilities to mass earthwork and final paving. Our work included sanitary, fire, potable water, and storm drainage systems with precast structures, along with concrete and asphalt for site access and parking serving the nearly 11,000-square-foot facility. This project highlights our ability to take a site from start to finish and deliver infrastructure that supports critical community services.

The Bayshore Gardens Free-Standing Emergency Department (FSED) involved delivering a full turnkey site package within a compact and highly coordinated footprint. Working within a smaller, efficient site footprint, our team completed all underground utilities including sanitary, fire, potable water, and storm drainage with precast structures, along with the earthwork needed to establish final grades. We also delivered the concrete and asphalt paving for site access and parking to support the 11,600-square-foot emergency facility. This project showcases our ability to adapt our approach to each site while delivering reliable, high-quality infrastructure for critical healthcare facilities.
